New Nookie Ocean Gear

New Nookie ocean paddling gear is getting boxed up and shipped as we write. The big news is the exciting Storm shell and bib pants combo.

Combining to make a versatile all weather suit for open water kayaking and fishing, the pants feature the Bamboo Herringbone 4ply fabric while the jacket is made from the Xtetra4 ripstop, both super waterproof and breathable. The fully featured storm hood has one-hand adjusters and a wired peak, and turns with the head much better than one usually expects on a garment of this nature. It can be rolled down and stowed in the collar, which has a long front zip for ventilation. Another nice touch is the laser cut breathing holes on the face part of the hood. At the cuffs we find adjustable wrists over latex drysuit seals, and there's a handwarmer pocket on the front.

The pants have a dive-spec brass relief zip, and an unusually low bulk design around the waist enclosure and torso area. Neoprene stretch panels ensure a perfect fit, with the whole thing held up by neoprene-padded braces. The seat and knees are reinforced with Enduro mesh.

Double reinforced fabric socks are fitted as stand. Other options are available for a small extra charge.

Jacket Hi-vis Yellow, Pants Charcoal. Sizes S thru XXL.
