In all the enthusiasm about the Hornet line, let's not forget about the 15m and 20m hardcore versions.

***NEW*** 10mm cored Polypropylene floating rope with excellent handling properties offers an incredible strength rating of approximately 13kN (1300N/2915lbs). The new bag has a funnel shaped opening with 'easy-pack' grab handles for a speedy re-fill. It has the classic Nookie features like the fail-safe dual release closure with anti-corrosion press stud backed up with Velcro, integral foam wall for  buoyancy and rigidity (the line won't fly or repack well unless the bag retains shape) and the hi-vis contrast panels with retro-reflective piping. Made in the UK from high grade 500D Cordura® and Enduro Mesh. They really are as tough as they come...

However, tech spec is one thing, functionality is another. You can check out these lines in store or at home - they really do fly, the balance is perfect to get a good throw when the pressure is on, and the repack is rapid and secure. The rope has a great handle at all temperatures, and you can quickly and easily untie it from the bag to use it in a mechanical rescue, for which, with it's mammoth strength and perfect balance of dynamic characteristics, it is equally suited.
