Shock! - Another wet weekend in the UK bought almost every river in our small country into its prime. So what do you do when you've got limitless options? Go with the flow? or head for somewhere with out the crowds?

The Usual end of week communications hatched a plan for the 'Llangollen Biathlon' A quick blast down the Dee in squirt boats followed by an afternoon session around Llandegla's infamous black run on the mountian bikes - Unfortunatley i forgot my Camera - Doh! So you'll have to put up with Sunday's session instead!
